So I’m sending you this hug to help you cope, to give you some love and to send you hope. ~Leon Brown A hug a day keeps troubles at bay. All that matters is the well-being of the people in your life. One day you will realize that material things mean nothing. All I can say is thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I have faced so many challenges this past year, but I was blessed to have some pretty amazing people who stood right by my side through it all. You don’t need that negativity in your life. Amen Whatever is bringing you down, let it go. Thank you God for always being there for me, even when I don’t know it. God has protected me more times than I can count, so I can only imagine the times I’ve been rescued that I don’t even know about. A person becomes ten times more attractive, not by their looks, but by their acts of kindness, respect, love, honesty and gentleness they show. You will sleep better, you will feel better once you wake and you will face your new day with a positive mind. There is always something, no matter how difficult the day may have been. Tonight before you go to sleep, think of something that makes you smile. ~Unknown Be nice to people because the world can be a very difficult place and we all need a little help sometimes. No matter how hard things were, tomorrow’s a fresh opportunity to make it better. Always end the day with a positive thought. May hope forever wipe away your tears, and above all, may love make you strong. May the flowers fill your heart with beauty. With every choice, you change your fate.Sometimes I wish I could just rewind back to those treasured days with my loved ones in the past and press pause… just for a little while. You might just as easily have stayed in medicine and not gone into the FBI, and then we would never have met. I might just as easily not have a waterbed then I'd be on time for this meeting. (curious) Since when did you get a waterbed? So now I got to go to the bank, which makes me even later. Then I realize I got to write a check to cover the damages to my landlord but, as I'm walking to work, I realize that that's gonna bounce unless I deposit my pay. I meant to be on time to work this morning but my waterbed springs a leak flooding my apartment (Scully looks surprised) and the apartment below me so that makes me late for the meeting. I think that it's our character that determines our fate.Īnd all the rest is just preordained? I don't buy that. No, I think that we're free to be the people that we are - good, bad or indifferent. So you think it's all just fate? We have no free will? who's to say that if you did rewind it and start over again that it wouldn't end up exactly the same way? Scully, did you ever have one of those days you wish you could rewind and start all over again from the beginning? (He glances up at her.) Did you oversleep? We took a five-minute break (looks at watch) three minutes ago. Well, not yet, but, uh, only because it's the longest in FBI history. Blah, blah, blah.Scully: Fate.Mulder: Free will.
